Jeff Queen, a dirt track racer from Cross Hill, South Carolina, sports the number 28 on the racetrack. Queen also owns Spartanburg Fleet Services and helps keep the Spartan Waste fleet in tip-top shape. Spartan Waste is proud to support Jeff Queen #28 on the dirt racetrack.
The nephew of NASCAR driver Jeremy Clements, Luke Clements wears the familial #51 on the dirt racetrack. Racing as a Semi-Pro in the Thunder Bomber Division in his most recent race, Luke placed fourth at Cherokee Speedway. In the summer of 2022, Luke had back-to-back winning races at Cherokee and Harris Speedway. Along with supporting Jeremy, Spartan Waste gladly supports Luke on the dirt speedway.
